Berhan Yıldız(Fosil) live in Istanbul. He is a Sound Designer, Music Producer and a DJ. Fosil is an innovative artist who defies conventional boundaries, continuously pushing the limits of sonic exploration with using different kind of turkish instruments in atonal. He has been producing experimental music and some types of groovy and off-grid breakbeats since 2015. Fosil weaves a cap- tivating sonic tapestry that is truly his own. He played a pivotal role and founded Badmash Collective in 2018, aiming to contribute his part in shaping a key sound and cultivating the culture of the ever-evolving Turkish Underground Scene. Fosil, proving its unique style with EPs and singles released from countries like the United States, Europe, and Japan, later performed at events such as Sonar Festival, Soundport Festival, Sound of Istanbul, Electronica Festival and similar occasions. Sharing the same Line-Up with artists like Clark, Objekt, Blawan, BICEP, Joe Nice, KAS:ST, Oldboy, Max Cooper and many others, Fosil continues its productions in Istanbul to this day.
