Fran Peinador

Fran Peinador is jazz violinist from Costa Rica. He started playing classical music, as most violinists do; however, his creative curiosity lead him to popular music, such as rock or latin music, and ultimately to jazz. When composing, he wants to make the music as relatable as he can for the audience, so his works try to incorporate melodies that evoke different feelings, both in the written composition and the improvisation. In his music you can hear influences from latin, folk, and rock music, apart from different jazz subgenera.
