François Svalis

François Svalis (born 1991) is an Olomouc-based electronica and techno producer who has been releasing music since 2015. He has received great critical acclaim for his emotional electronica made for both the dancefloor and sit-down concerts on various blogs and radios worldwide.

His style has transformed from computer-generated music towards a completely live performance based on analogue devices and synths. This happened due to his revelation that improvisation, chaos and real time modulation seem so often to prevail in life and even to rule it. Also, he prefers to play in the middle of a crowd, because his body is his meaning, therefore he likes to bring the meaning he has become as close to the audience as possible.

He focuses his energy on supporting and nurturing the music scene even further, so he founded along with David John Carter a label called Circle of Us in Rostock, which is more than just a label, it is more of a family of artists. After a very sharp start in the beginning of this year when he embarked on many live concerts, he has stepped back for the sole purpose of making his debut LP which should be released by the end of this year.

He was playing alongside groups and artist like Goldfrapp, Max Cooper, Vök and others.
