Free Range Marmot was born in the Rocky Mountain foothills of Boulder Colorado in 2013 and has been entertaining audiences in the Front Range ever since. The band's diverse musical style defies categorization. Drawing inspiration from folk legends and alternative rock, they've honed a unique sound featuring reflective lyrics, catchy melodies, and rich instrumentation. Their 2019 debut EP, "You Never Know," 2022 release "Staring at the Sun," and 2024 release "Throne," showcases their evolving songwriting prowess, delving into themes of self-discovery, love, and freedom.
