Based out of Manchester, Freeda have built a committed following and sold out headline shows along the way. Highlights so far include selling out hometown shows at The Deaf Institute + Manchester Academy 3 and performances at festivals including Y Not?, Tramlines, Dot 2 Dot and 110 Above.

Freeda released Better On Your Own and <a href="spotify:track:7sUTxE0z0DFfiDLPfzd0Dm" data-name="Into My Head">Into My Head</a> at the start of 2022, achieving top 5 on the iTunes Alternative Chart, consecutive Radio X UK National Airplay, Playlisting on XS Manchester, BBC Introducing Lancs Track of the Week, winning the Amazing Radio Audition Poll and featuring on the Spotify Fresh Finds UK Editorial Playlist.

The new single “Chasing Yesterday’’ is another prime example of the band’s breezy indie-pop exploits - bright uplifting instrumentation topped with melancholy tinged vocals. Awash with vibrant intertwining guitar and synth lines. Freeda perform at YNot? Festival on the 29th July and headline Band on the Wall in Manchester on September 3rd 2022.
