FREESPIRITS are a high-energy alt rock band hailing originally from Coventry and now based in London, UK.

Brothers Carlo &amp; Lucas Mariani (ex-members of British group <a href="spotify:artist:6vMDsKUbY5Rs1oG27dAUIi" data-name="Hurricane #1">Hurricane #1</a> ) formed the band with the intention of writing authentic, refreshing and inspiring music while having as much fun as possible along the way.

They craft their own blend of alt rock fusing elements of punk, midwest emo &amp; grunge with the right dose of grungy riffs, infectious melodies &amp; heavy beats culminating into big choruses.

Influenced by some of the greats like Oasis, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Nirvana &amp; Foo Fighters their shows are energetic &amp; engaging, playing every gig like it’s their last.

Their popularity grew from the underground due to their constant touring in the UK and abroad including tours of Brazil, Italy &amp; the US creating a loyal fan base across the globe.

They shared stages with Cast, Ride, Echo &amp; The Bunnymen, Ash, Shed Seven, Bluetones, Carl Barat and more recently Joyce Manor &amp; Gouge Away.

Their music&#39;s been heavily featured on Amazing Radio UK/US, Virgin Radio, Islington Radio, BBC Introducing Coventry and countless other stations all over the world.

Festival appearances include: SXSW, Great Escape, Sound City &amp; Tramlines.

The band is currently finishing their 3rd LP &#34;Vagrant Stories&#34; set to be released in 2025.
