Frizzy P & Mr Cole first got together in 2015 in the garage of a house in the Parisian suburbs and launched"LADI DADI", released on 21 April 2017. This house is Mr Cole's, where he grew up. On the other hand, Pauline Sampler aka Frizzy P is a french born artist raised in the 90's UK. One is rooted, the other uprooted, and yet they get along night and day: while one plays his
dusty vinyls on his MPC, the other narrates. These two artists bare themselves with authenticity in a musical landscape that is mostly defined by fashionable concepts. There is little artifact - a soulful and sometimes etheral voice against a backdrop of ever nostalgic sounds. It is in this vein that the duo tune in and give the project its obviousness. We plunge into the depths of their melancholy.
