Fruit Punch started as a two piece with Steve Sxaks and Drake Rodriguez. The duo recorded their demo “Loud, Obnoxious & Possibly Gay”. Shortly after that the duo became a trio by added Jordan (Porcelain) on drums and recorded their debut album “Freak Parade” released on Queer Control Records (QCR). The Trio added guitarist, Pork, to the line up and extensively toured and recorded several 7” records. Design, Limp Picnic (Split with Youth Of Togay) and a split with the Brazilian queer core band Nerds Attack.
The collection of 7”s were later compiled into “The 7” Collection” for digital/cd release. In 2014 Fruit Punch began recording new material for the first time in 5 years adding Ethan Mintz and Adrian Sills to the line up and doing a small reunion tour. The new songs were never finished or released until now! 3 of the tracks have been finished, mixed and mastered! The newest release “Fate/Suffer” will be available for streaming April 24th 2020!
