rapping since the age of 12, and released first original album at age 14 .G-Dub has always been an insider in Texas's rap culture..not only did he grow up in the Texas rap scene he also grew up in the Texas streets, he chose street life over pursuing his rap career and did just that, living fast then marrying his first wife at the age of 22, slowed down on his street activities to raise his young family, although never leaving the street life completely. in 2013 his then wife and there 3 sons ages 3,2, 1 years old passed away in a tragic vehicle accident he was a passenger in. being the only survivor haunted him for years to come, in 2017 he returned to the rap game and released his album the pride of the south which heavily featured numerous DopeHouse records artist which some he had befriended in his younger years of rapping,2022 he's releasing his next album titled All My Life (Glory After Pain) which he describes much of his life in the album his tragedy to his blessings
