Gabrielle Martins Neves is a first generation Canadian, born and raised in Toronto. Her music journey began at 7 years of age playing piano, singing, and creating melodies that expressed how she processed the world around her. As a teen, Gabrielle began writing songs as a means to reflect on her faith journey and to connect to the heart of God.
She began leading on worship teams with her local church as a teen and into her young adult years felt the call of God to pursue music performance studies in Toronto at York University. In 2018, inspired by Heidi Baker’s book “Compelled by Love” and the Gospel according to Matthew Gabrielle wrote “Great Reward (the Beatitudes).” Since 2014, Gabrielle has been composing & writing worship music, in hopes to inspire others to greatly walk by Faith, persevere in trial, and to reveal the heart of Christ to the world.
