Gaho debuted with the release of Planetarium Records Label EP album [PLANETARIUM CASE#1], [PLANETARIUM CASE#2], and showed professional vocal technique and his own sensibility through the single ‘Stay Here’ and ‘Preparation For a Journey.’ He also composed and wrote the lyrics SBS drama “While You Were Sleeping” soundtrack ‘Come to Me’ and 'I Say' of SHINEE 6th regular album even before his debuted showing his producing ability too.
In 2019, Gaho showed another music world through rhythmical single ‘Fly’ and ‘Pink Walk.’ Since then, he participated in various genre drama soundtrack such as “Time”, “My Secret Terrius”, “The Last Empress.”
In 2020, Gaho became a rising star of soundtrack through the main theme song ‘Start Over’ of the drama "Itaewon Class." It was ranked first place on various music charts and won soundtrack awards for "2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards" and "2020 4th Soribada BEST K-MUSIC AWARDS." He showed superior sensitivity and unique vocal by singing popular drama soundtrack in a row such as "Stranger 2" and "Startup."
Gaho constantly has presented his own musical style by releasing a single, ‘A song for you,’ which he participated in writing, composing and arranging to match the nickname of a singer song-writer.
In the second half of 2021, Gaho's first regular album will be released. Prior to this, the first lead single, ‘Rush Hour,’ showing a cheerful rhythm and strong guitar sound, was released.
