Gandalf's Fist

UK Medieval-Space-Rock pioneers, Gandalf’s Fist, emerged in 2005 from the creative alliance of friends Dean Marsh (Instrumentation/Vocals) and Luke Severn (Vocals). Inspired by 70’ Prog legends like Pink Floyd and modern icons such as Porcupine Tree, they embarked on a journey to craft their distinct sound, blending elements of folk, hard rock, and neo-prog.
Their space-rock opus "A Day in the Life of a Universal Wanderer" garnered widespread acclaim, leading to appearances at notable Prog festivals and critical acclaim from renowned publications. Subsequent releases, like "A Forest of Fey" and the monumental "The Clockwork Fable", solidified their reputation as masters of conceptual storytelling and musical innovation due to the vast array of well-known guest-musicians, actors and the epic scope of the albums.
Gandalf’s Fist have since developed and expanded to a six-piece outfit, welcoming Stefan Hepe, (Drums), Christopher Ewen (Bass), Ben Bell (keys) and Keri Farish (Vocals) as full-time members. Along with original members Dean Marsh (Guitar/Vocals) and Luke Severn (Vocals), this evolution of personnel further enriched their sound and stage presence, setting the stage for their ambitious 2022 album "Widdershins" – an album lauded for its refined production and songcraft.
As Gandalf’s Fist’s reputation continues to grow, it is difficult to imagine what the future holds for these musical adventurers, but it will be well worth sticking around to find out!
