I play all the instruments on my tracks, praise God!
Bio: Gaya's journey began at fourteen, when she taught herself to write and play music during a season of profound loneliness. As a high-functioning autistic teenager, undiagnosed at the time, she struggled without the social support she needed, and music became her refuge. What started as a way to cope soon grew into a calling: to transform isolation into art and turn silence into songs that speak when words fail. Today, she views her autism as a unique lens that fuels her creativity, authenticity, and depth as an artist.
Prayer and conversation with God guide her writing and production. In June 2024, she embraced her identity as a Messianic Jew, and her faith now shapes the heart of her music. Literature has left its mark, most notably the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas. And now, the Bible, the biggest source of peace for Gaya. To read about the true and living God.
Gaya has performed at venues across Los Angeles, including The Viper Room and Kulak’s Woodshed. She hones her sound in her studio - her bedroom.
Passionate, resilient, and unafraid to bare her soul, she continues to turn struggle into strength and solitude into connection, offering listeners an invitation into honesty, healing, and hope.
