Geofagia was formed in the city of Melipilla, Chile by guitarist Diego Santis and singer Alejandro Seymour at the end of 2022, they are joined by drummer Adam “Toto” Vargas and guitarist Omar Bustos, moving the band's operations to the town of Pomaire, Chile. The last member to join was Francisco Fuentes in Bass guitar.
