Gerald Garcia is known internationally as a performer, conductor, composer and for his work with guitar ensembles.
He is Musical Director of the National Youth Guitar Ensemble and regular ensemble coach at world renowned Summer Schools in Iserlohn, Changsha and West Dean.
He has written many works, the best known of which are 25 Etudes Esquisses for solo guitar, the Lorca Concerto for guitar duo and orchestra, China Sings, a Fantasia for solo guitar and orchestra and Romantico, a concerto for violin, guitar and strings.
