Originally a duo, GEST now continues as a solo project from David Stone as he parts ways with founding member Harry Hackett. Inspired by Detroit Techno, Acid House, and Brutalism, GEST has steadily built up a back catalog of EP’s and singles on DJ Friction’s Shogun Audio label after signing the first release in 2020.
The last few years have seen GEST undertake a healthy touring schedule across clubs and festivals in the EU such as Tomorrowland, Let It Roll and Rampage, alongside touring Australia and New Zealand, and running the ‘GEST Invites’ club night series in Berlin.
