Ioannis Tassios comes from a musical family. He is inspired by traditional and byzantine music. When Ioannis was a teenager, he got involved with the classical guitar. The popular singer has released six personal albums, seven singles and a live album with Christos Pazis. He started his career in 1988 and in 1999 he released his first personal album with the following hits: Ena fili, Ouranio toxo, Glwssa epikoinwnias, Oute ston exthro mou, Odos monaxias, An se thimithw, Eisai amartoli, Gia sena ego pethainw, Mou ta pires ola, Tha nai arga, Trela erwteumenos, Poion mageueis me filia, Apo tin arxi fainosouna, Thimono, Spao and mutch more. Last singles are in 2022 with songs: De se grafw se diagrafw, Na to thimitheis and in 2023 Ioannis returns powerfully with a new hit titled “Mono sti Thessaloniki” from Heaven Music.
