Glen the Saiyan is a producer & songwriter from Sacramento, CA - based in NYC. He is a part of an art collective called Advisry, which is a fashion label, record label, and film production company. Glen began music at an early age playing piano and guitar, inspired early by 2000s rock bands such as Blink 182, Jonas Brothers, and Paramore. In 2015, Glen took the step to begin producing beats on his mom’s laptop - working now with a hip hop sound. His biggest inspirations at the time were Kanye West, Pharrell, and Tyler the Creator. Today, Glen has developed his own sound which if placed into a box would be considered Alternative Hip Hop. Glen uses his multitude of references and influences to blend multiple genres into whatever his brain comes up with at the time into a singular sound that is easily recognizable.
