Most of the time when the beginning of writing a song takes place, you really have no idea how it's ultimately going to turn out. This song from the get go just had something about it, something intangible that made me think of "Hope". There's a depth and emotion to it that really takes the listener on a journey with twists and turns that just sounds like hope to me, as if you musically could describe hope without words. That's what this song is about to me.
