Raised in a remote ocean cove by sirens and sea lions, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Brian Parks a.k.a. Grandfather Gold developed a taste for music of all kinds. His self-titled release ‘Grandfather Gold’ conjures colorful imagery, desert landscapes, lush harmonies, and soothing folk sounds that feel timeless. You can feel the tides of the ocean in his music. His recent album ‘Space Race’, is the first in a series of genre bending indie dance music. Think Bonobo meets Neil Young, with some sugar and spice sprinkled on top.
