Gray Fox, is an American underground hip-hop artist hailing from Savannah, Georgia and currently residing on the West Coast of the United States. Previously the front emcee of short-lived American & Irish group Wax Artistics, Gray Fox returned solo with his mellow, instrumental projects "Daydreams" in late 2016 and "everything is beautiful" in summer of 2017. He later decided to revisit lyricism in his November 2017 single "High Beams."

In 2017, Gray Fox dropped his freshmen full-length album "The Condition." This album pulled inspiration from such acts as Atmosphere, Aesop Rock, and the chilled-out timbres of the current lo-fi craze. Lyric inspiration ranged from the Golden Era of hip-hop in "Move to the Front", to spoken-word-like iterations of pure gut-wrenching emotion such as that in the album's finale "Hide."

In 2020, Gray Fox prepares for his sophomore release "bloom," which holds closer to the sounds of his 2016-2017 projects, bringing remastered versions of prominent tracks during that era, including brand new songs that latch onto more somber jazz inspiration than ever before. While "The Condition" boisterously narrated the effects of a noisy world bore by a mentally ill psyche, "bloom" will continue the story with a transformed outlook sculpted by self-realization, acceptance, and the subtle whispers of existential dread.
