Besides his career in standup, comedian Greg Fitzsimmons hosts a show on <a href="spotify:artist:7zlb9GG5MVmFkAVptGaGpE">Howard Stern</a>'s radio network, plus he has four Daytime Emmys at home, having worked as writer and producer for The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Born in New York City, Fitzsimmons launched his career in standup while attending Boston University. Appearances on the Late Show with David Letterman and other late-night talk shows led to a gig hosting the MTV network's game show Idiot Savants beginning in 1996. He landed his first Comedy Central Presents special two years later and joined The Man Show and The Ellen DeGeneres Show as a writer, both in 2003. In 2006 he began writing for Louie C.K.'s television series Lucky Louie and launched The Greg Fitzsimmons Show on <a href="spotify:artist:7zlb9GG5MVmFkAVptGaGpE">Howard Stern</a>'s satellite radio channel Howard 101. In 2010 he released his book, Dear Mrs. Fitzsimmons: Tales of Redemption from an Irish Mailbox, while 2013 saw him release his debut album Life on Stage. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
