Gus Sheaves is an alternative singer‑songwriter and multi‑genre musician from Sydney, Australia. Inspired early on by John Williams and Murray Gold, Gus’s work blends orchestral textures with modern indie, rock and blues. Alongside musical influences, he finds equal influence in film.

Still working out of Sydney, his sound draws from a diverse palette including The Beatles, BB King, McCartney, Duke Ellington, Dylan and classical film composers such as previously mentioned John Williams and Ennio Morricone.

Gus’s debut studio album, The Inevitable Demise of Bungalow Bill, released 12 July 2025, features the singles: “I want you standing next to me” and “Please don’t let me go”.
Alongside standout album tracks like “Sister,” “Tokyo Blues,” “Now and Then,” and “Monkberry Moon Delight”.
