HABITS is a four piece punk band from North wales. Dealing in themes of hedonism, hopelessness and heartbreak, the music is scathing confrontation of the pressures of modern life. Their sound jumps from ferocious, fast, driven hardcore punk to wistful melodic spoken word breaks. At all times delivered with visceral conviction, and an unmistakable energy.
