Hades Serapis (they/them, he/him) is a singer, songwriter and producer from Lisbon, Portugal.

Proud of their culture, as an artist who is LGBTQIA+, Hades aims to create and share songs that resonate with those who’ve maybe been through similar experiences, while loudly and proudly presenting their non-conformity to gender and its “rules”.

During their studies in London, Hades performed frequently in spaces such as the Camden Assembly, Fiddlers Elbow, Spice of Life and a small pub in Hendon called The Greyhound, which Hades holds dearly in their heart. During 2023 Hades returned to their home country and participated in The Voice (Portugal) leaving early in the battle stage of the competition.

The singer has also undertaken new artists, in Portugal, to songwrite for and to work with. Hades is, however, disappointed at the state of his home country, and vows to fight for the rights that are owed to all of us. Being a vocal figure, and their unwillingness to hide their femininity, the fight starts with people like them, who can’t hide and won’t hide, because they know where that has always lead history.

Hades also wants to end this bio with a message: “ily girliepop/boyiepop/theymiepop 🫶🏻 im gonna go work on my album”
