Hanlei (Pronounced Han•Lay) is an Asian American Producer/ Songwriter/ Multi-Instrumentalist based in LA. Focused on creating music that reflects real life and those emotions that comes along with it. He debuted his first single in 2019 “Let It Rain” with singer and lyricist, Stacey Sausa by the stage name Trynket and with his last release being “Fade” a collaboration with the lyricist/rapper DMENIS and a beat maker that goes by LEXA which was recently reviewed on LA on Lock.
Since a young age he had a huge interest in music. He was always singing in the car and banging on tables. After recognizing his passion for music, his parents bought him a guitar and from that point on it was history. He grew up a fan in the golden age of hip hop and R&B which had a huge influence on the music he makes today. He taught himself to make beats and learned to mix and master with Doug Finske at Cre•8 Academy.
Currently Hanlei is working on more original tunes and multiple collaborations with upcoming producers and artists.
