Tay White

The legend of Tay White starts at his birth, Tay was born with a cleft lip and palette which affected not only his ability to speak and the molecular makeup of his face but also the way he would breathe. After countless years of speech therapy and 15+ surgeries, Tay finally honed the ability to talk. Growing up in the 2000-2010's Tay's family was faced with hard times when the recession hit but instead of directing the negative energy outward, Tay turned to music to cope with his pain. Finding solace in artists like Eminem, Drake, Kanye West, Russ and Lil Wayne, Tay learned to use music as more a journal to vent his struggles. Tay played basketball growing up in Colorado and would weaponize that same work ethic, when he turned to fully pushing his music career. Due to shady dealings within the Colorado music scene, and people not doing or being who they said they were Tay was faced with an cross roads. Quit music or learn to do things by himself. Tay began producing, mixing, mastering, engineering, rapping, singing, songwriting, managing, directing, and preforming entirely by himself. While perfecting his craft, Tay faced yet another challenge. This time in a form of an autoimmune disease. He would have to endure treatments similar to cancer. Something that has always shined bright with Tay is that he never gave up, he always knew the way he wanted his story to be written, only question left is.
