Hannah Lou Clark is an alternative singer/songwriter based in Cambridgeshire, UK. She is best known for indie-pop band 'Arthur', grunge-pop project ‘FOE’, and her own introspective indie rock. Growing up in a house full of records and musical instruments, Hannah was inspired to learn guitar and piano from a young age. She began writing her own songs at the age of 10 and experimented with a 4-track tape recorder. Musical influences include Nirvana, PJ Harvey, and Mark Lanegan. She has written songs with Ed Harcourt, and jammed with Deb Googe (My Bloody Valentine) who have also greatly influenced her output. Hannah has played many shows across the UK, including festivals such as Glastonbury, Greenman, Secret Garden Party & Boardmasters. She has also been tour support for Ezra Thurman, Lonely the Brave, Gaz Coombes, and Thurston Moore. Hannah and her band played the prestigious Iceland’s Airwaves festival in November 2016, which recieved a very positive review from The Guardian. Her track 'It’s Your Love’ was featured on Radio X’s Evening playlist and was selected as Steve Lamacq’s & Lauren Laverne’s ‘6 Music Recommends’ pick on BBC 6 Music plus spins from Huw Stephens on Radio 1 and continued support from Amazing Radio. Hannah was asked to record a VEVO DSCVR session for the track ‘Cowboy Joe’ which has been streamed almost 85,000 times.
