Hannah Wilkinson is a professional footballer, two time Olympian and current member of the New Zealand Women's National Football team, the Football Ferns. To unwind from the pressures of professional athlete life, she immerses herself into her music, another passion that only continues to thrive and grow.
Born and raised in the North Island city of Whangarei, New Zealand, Hannah Wilkinson grew to learn and love the guitar. While she predominantly trained and played football, she remained committed to bettering herself as a musician over the years. She eventually found her voice, and soon developed a singer/songwriter persona, forming a balanced alternative to her athletic identity. Her first single, "Waiting for the Sun", was released in January 2019.
