HARLOE has always charted her own path.
Born and raised in New York to a Ukrainian and Romanian family, her home was alive with language, culture, and music — sparking an irrepressible curiosity that continues to fuel her artistry. Her New York roots laid the foundation for a musical voice shaped by classical, jazz, hip-hop, and pop — blending genre and emotion to craft songs that are deeply personal yet universally felt.
As a songwriter and producer, HARLOE has written and produced for some of the world’s most iconic artists, including P!NK, Céline Dion, Kelly Clarkson, Britney Spears, Charli XCX, and Zayn of One Direction. She earned a Grammy nomination for Ella Mai’s self-titled album (co-writing “Run My Mouth”) and for Kelly Clarkson’s Meaning of Life, where she co-wrote and co-produced multiple tracks.
As a solo artist, HARLOE co-wrote and performed on the European hit “All This Love” by DJ Robin Schulz, and continued to shape her sound with the release of her debut EP Rivers Run Dry on Roc Nation, co-produced with Fred Ball.
She is also the creative force behind global hits like “POP/STARS” and “GIANTS” for RIOT Games, featuring Becky G, Madison Beer, and Keke Palmer, and continues to shape bold musical experiences through her work in advertising with top sync houses, composing music for brands including Coach and Skechers.
No matter where she is, HARLOE is always creating — evolving, exploring, and looking forward to sharing what’s next with the world.
