In the suburban basements of Sylvania, Ohio, two aspiring musicians began having what is now known as 'Jam Fridays!' These two were Jack Bonfiglio and Johnny Antonini, and these 'Jam Fridays' is where Heads of Lettuce was born. The two Knights (high school mascot) attended separate universities but managed to keep the band together. Throughout their four years, they played light beer-fueled shows at house parties, battle of the bands, and Jogrepaloooza. They became the semi-house band of Lucky's Stout House in Columbus. In between the college shenanigans, they managed to put together three independently recorded albums and a Christmas EP. With the release of their fourth album, Turn Me Upside Down, the sky is the limit for Heads of Lettuce!
