heavëner, formed in 2023, consist of Haziq 'Maro' Zulkifli (guitar/vocal), Izz Zikry (guitar/vocal), Zahiruddeen Zakaria (bass/sampler) and Faidil Kamaruddin (drum). Bonded by the hazy texture of shoegaze despite the differences of music influences which range from dreampop, screamo, post-rock, punk and hardcore. heavëner craft dreamy noise to drown bittersweet magnitude and sparks an hopeful end.
Consistently made a several releases since they formed and actively touring throughout the Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Medan (Sumatera) and Batam (Riau) Indonesia.
Debut album “Through the Fractured Sky” out now. Vinyl preorder available via Ruas Records Store & Smol MY.
