Founded by Marc Hellway and Vinicius Thram in 2010 in Belo Horizonte – Brazil, Hellway Train was born aiming to bring the 80’s classic heavy metal concepts and sound. After a hiatus from 2015 to 2020, Hellway Train is back in 2020 with the acclaimed EP – Lockdown Reborn. Following the release of the split album Haunted Trip in 2022, the first full-length album BORDERLINE arrives in 2024.
With disturbing and psychological theme, BORDERLINE - as the title suggests, reaches the limits of madness and sanity, visiting symptoms of psychiatric syndromes and illnesses. An euphoric and maniacal journey on the rollercoaster of the human feelings, which visits the universes of literature (Machado de Assis, Foucault), cinema (Clive Barker's Hellraiser), comics (Grant Morrisson's Arkham Asylum), all with an aesthetical connection with the world of BDSM.
