Helma Namira, singer-songwriter from Indonesia use music as her media to share her journey and experience in life. Diagnosed with two mental condition back at 2019 with Bipolar Type II and Borderline Personality Disorder at 2021. This made her go through indescribable misery and challenges in life. Despite having to struggle everyday with her own demons, she finds it easier to talk with them through music.
She puts all her worries, struggles, emotions, feelings and hopes into songs. She sang her heart out, in hopes to feel safe and seen through her art. She knew there must be someone out there who longed to be seen and heard just the way she hope her music can make them feel.
So, here goes nothing, a honest story of a girl's life, wish could give some strength to those in need through her songs. Your life matters to all, keep on inspiring others🤍
