herbal tea's music drifts in and out like a half-remembered dream. The debut album from Bristol-based songwriter and producer Helena Walker was born from late-night demos that gradually bloomed into expansive arrangements, recorded DIY at home. Her distinct ambient pop sound blends lo-fi folk confession with ethereal slowcore and shoegaze, swelling with dreamlike, layered vocals and hazy warmth, building into cinematic intensity before collapsing into moments of stillness.
