With a passion to encourage congregational worship, create resources for churches and draw listeners closer to God, Highlands Worship is a diverse collective of pastors, musicians, worship leaders and songwriters who serve every week at the Birmingham, AL-based Church of the Highlands, one of America’s largest churches.

With over 900 active worship team members as well as 70 full or part-time musicians on staff, the team focuses on creating an experience where authentic, Holy Spirit-inspired worship connects people with the heart of God. Highlands Worship is led by Worship Pastor CJ Blount, and is motivated by the core belief that just one second in the presence of God can change a life forever.
