If there’s one artist that needs to be on your radar right now, it’s Hoax. Since sending shockwaves through the circuit with his massive anthem, 'Crowd Control', the Bristol-based young gun is now officially signed to Hospital Records to embark upon the next chapter of his journey to the top.
Raised in a music-filled household, Hoax quickly found a passion for all forms of bass-heavy music and was soon drawn to the UK's underground dance scene. Combining his knowledge of the piano, music theory and a love for heavy-hitting club music, it was only a matter of time before he started creating his own tracks and perfecting the art of DJing.
Now making a name for himself with his signature rumbling basslines and immaculately crisp productions, his creative output and energetic DJ sets have led to a string of heavyweight releases and exciting bookings alongside some of the most established names in the industry.
With his recent releases including ‘Sekkle’ on Anaïs’ Hospital Mixtape, and ‘Spark It’ on Hospital Records’ ‘Formulations’ EP series racking up support from the likes of Rudimental, DJ Marky, London Elektricity, Charlie Tee, Skepsis, DJ Rap, and Dynamite MC to name a few, Hoax is no stranger to the airwaves either with his music frequenting spins across the likes of BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM and Kool FM. So put your tin foil hats down because this is the real deal - Hoax is only just getting warmed up!
