Roseville, CA-based indie-pop combo Holiday Flyer paired the <a href="spotify:artist:10TSIJnyUcowWhpjj59gHB">Conley</a> siblings, singer/guitarist John and singer/drummer <a href="spotify:artist:7mKkP1VviPDyZv98EOFT67">Katie</a>. After a series of singles, the duo issued their debut album Try Not to Worry on Silver Girl in 1995; for the follow-up, 1997's The Rainbow Confection, the line-up expanded to a three-piece with the addition of bassist Verna Brock of Beanpole/Rocketship fame.
