Holly Abraham is a captivating singer-songwriter based in Bristol, whose evocative music pairs raw, honest vocals with ethereal melodies. Blending indie folk with echoes of ambient pop, Holly writes with quiet intimacy — exploring themes of vulnerability, resilience, and connection. Wrapped in acoustic textures and shimmering soundscapes, her music has been described as “the love child of Bon Iver and Of Monsters and Men.”
Originally from Wales, Holly crossed over the bridge to Bristol in 2017, where she began to solidify her ambient sound. Working with Norwegian producer Stian Vedøy (lead singer of Firewoodisland), she released her emotive debut single Shore in 2018. Together, Vedøy and Abraham created Holly’s debut EP Love Will Come, which received support from BBC Introducing in the West, indie playlist curators like Alex Rainbird Music and Indie Folk Central, featuring in publications such as Substream Magazine, Nü Sound, and American Pancake.
Since then, Holly has released a string of heartfelt singles from her upcoming second EP — Not The End, You Do, This Is It, and Hold On to Me, all met with the same warm support and growing recognition. In 2021, she collaborated with Warner Music to release a delicate cover of Tori Amos’ Winter. Her songs have also reached international audiences, featuring in episodes of MTV’s Canadian Teen Mom. With every release, Holly continues to invite listeners into a soundscape that feels both deeply personal and beautifully expansive.
