Tor Dybdahl founded Horsemen in 1986 after the brutal demise of his short-lived, but rather successful band, Clockwork Orange.
After a few bass players had, by strange and uncommon circumstances, been forced to leave the band, the line-up through the eighties and the beginning of the nineties were Matti Hansen on guitar and Kim Tangen on bass.
Tor played guitar and sang while dealing with the different sequencers, drum machines and synthesizers.
The band has had several line-ups throughout and has recently developed a live set whom offers, among the usual Horsemen grooves, dear songs from Tor's other bands on the Temptation Label.
Currently Horsemen plays concerts as a four piece whenever possible with an esthetic set-up of total analog, old school, synthesizers, drum machines and sequencers juxtaposed by soaring layers of howling guitars.
