since the age of 8, Troy has always had an extremely strong reaction to music. He started taking piano lessons from the age of 10 and quickly moved on to bass, then guitar, and so on to many more stringed instruments throughout high school. In college, Troy started releasing music under the name HTHAZE in 2016. A slew of singles and covers would appear for the first few months on his YouTube channel under the same name and his first album “Nimbus” was released in March on 2017. Paired with a feature from another YouTube superstar Joey Gatto of SDK the album has accumulated over a million streams cross platform.
