Hunchovibe is originally from Kogi State, Nigeria, through his father’s roots, but he was born and raised in Mushin, Lagos, on November 28th, 2001. Because of this, he proudly calls himself a true Lagosian.
His daily experiences and the environment he grew up in shaped him as both a person and an artist. That background is what inspires him to make music. Being someone who deeply loves music, Hunchovibe uses melodies to tell his story. Whenever he hears a song that connects with his sound and touches his soul, it pushes him to write immediately, because he loves creating something unique and refreshing.
