<a href="spotify:artist:0MkAzpDHUZpuDnWGUII4RN">The Appleseed Cast</a>'s Aaron Pillar and Christopher Crisci formed a side project in 2001 and aimed to create something a little different than their original band. Tagging themselves Hundred Hands, Pillar and Crisci hooked up with producer Ed Rose to make the band a trio. The three found themselves tinkering around with a lush, experimental texture that was both passionate in songwriting and heavy in sound. Hundred Hands captured it all on their 2002 debut EP, the sonically gorgeous Little Eyes.
