I Promised Once

We are I Promised Once from Tokyo, Japan and we create Borderless Metalcore!

Founded in 2014, with members from Japan, Germany & Switzerland have released 3 EPs and one full-length album via Needful Things & Go With Me Records in our career.

Our biggest achievements include performances at Loud Park Japan, Countdown Japan & 2 Headliner European Tours .
We have featured amazing artists from around the world like SHREZZERS & Blumio and we have now started work on our next EP which is planned for later in the year 2022. As an independent artist, the first single from this record called "The Recovery" was released e on March 13th, 2021 and is followed by the second single "Into The Unknown" on January 22, 2022 . Those tracks will open a new chapter in our musical lives.
Here is the concept behind our new music: In a not-so-distant future, humanity on earth has lost the struggle against global warming and dealing with a plentitude of pandemics has resulted in a class war between a small group of oligarchs who live in closed armored fortresses and the rest of the population trying to get by with limited access to important resources. However, there is hope: A small team of scientists in Tokyo, Japan has successfully constructed a prototype of a spaceship with the help of the AI named "OMEGA" which is able to reach another planet that seems to be habitable sitting on the edge of the milky way. Will we be able to start this journey and what will await us on the way?
