Ifechukwu Chrian Eze (Ifex G) is a multi-talented rapper, singer and songwriter from Anambra State, Nigeria.
His sojourn into music started as a hobby after being influenced by different popular indigenous artists.
At a very young age, he would engage in street freestyle igbo language rap battles. His impressive skills earned him recognition by some of the biggest names in the game.
He started visiting a recording studio in Awka where he began recording Demos.
His unique artistry got him regular shots to live radio freestyle sessions hosted by respected On-Air personalities, especially, Mckay Chukwu who took keen interest in his talent.
He sampled and recorded covers to many popular songs to date.
In 2016, he emerged winner of the first edition of a prestigious talent show, Okija Rising, sponsored by the Obijackson Foundation.
He went professional with music soon after and then signed a recording agreement with E-L-K records in 2019.
With an EP the following year, titled ANUMANU - which had songs like, "anya red" "blow" etc - he established as a force to be reckoned with.
In 2021, he teamed up with super producer Masterkraft for "Gae" - which enjoyed high commercial success.
Two more singles followed same year - "Kolota" & "Mmehie." In 2022, his first single of the year, "Ọfọ," was widely received by his then rapidly growing audience and caught the attention of Phyno, who then recorded a remix with him.
