Born and raised in Petaling Jaya, 25, year old singer songwriter Ili Ruzanna went on stage for the 1st time with her dad at 12 years old. Being self-taught playing the ukelele and piano, she started writing her first song at 20. A huge part of her influence in music is indie pop music. She performed everywhere from corporate events, to weddings, to local tv performances like Borak Kopitiam dan Malaysia Hari Ini. She was always afraid to express herself through music, but not anymore. She wants anyone who wants to pursue the same thing to just do it. Her vision is to tell her own stories through her music, and remind people that no one's really alone in a particular situation.
