Julia Duclos

Hailing from Malaysia, 25-year-old Julia Duclos is a rising star who is well on her way to becoming a household name. Growing up in a music-loving family, listening to ABBA and Michael Jackson, it’s no surprise that she has an eclectic taste in music. She enjoys a variety of sounds ranging from indie and pop to electronic and R&B.

She first appeared on the local music scene gaining clout with her ethereal covers and performing at open mic nights. In 2018, she released her debut single “Further”, which has been streamed more than a million times on Spotify.

At first glance, you may think she’s just another pop artist, but listen closer and you will find that her soulful, meaningful, and heartfelt lyrics paired with a future-facing, almost playful sound makes her a very relatable artist with incredible depth.
