In Hoodies is the moniker of Turkish musician Murat Kılıkçıer. In Hoodies is known for its rich melodies, intricate lyrics and cathartic live shows.
Debut album "A Lunar Manoeuvre" (2016), produced by Brit Award winner Chris Potter, was highly acclaimed in Turkey and released on vinyl in the UK by Curious Fox Records via Rough Trade. Remixes and reworks of "A Lunar Manoeuvre" songs were compiled in the remix album "Straight From The Medulla", released by Partapart Records in Turkey.
2018 saw the release of four song EP "Circling The Cage" and "Coo Coo" single. Both had a darker and raw rock sound.
In Hoodies' second full length "Recalibrated Expectations" is released in 2019 by Xgergedan. The album explores themes of home and refuge.
Constantly working on new material, In Hoodies has a lot to offer both sonically and lyrically.
