Since November 2021, In Xira has been a collective that combines traditional instrumentation and modern synth and samplers to create eclectic new music. Their diverse range of sounds that could be described as experimental acid jazz and rock with a blend of atmospheric synthesisers, delicate guitar lines, eloquent vocals and horns playing inside the pockets of complex rhythms of lush soundscapes. In Xira has a unique line-up of multi-instrumental musicians, including combinations of: a master percussionist, electric guitar, saxophone, french horn, trumpet, bass, vocals, and keys: synth and electric piano. Having played together in various bands previously, In Xira found a deep rooted sense of harmony and unity as their core foundation. Some members go as far back as birth, some primary school, whilst others went/ go to University together. This has created a cohesive spirit and profound bond in the band that is reflected in their instinctive collective creativity.
