Drawing inspiration from math rock pioneers and the emotional expressiveness of Midwest emo, irihi was formed in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam as one of the first bands to pursue the genre in local scene. Their songs are delivered with a heartfelt vocal and crafted with intricate yet mesmerizing layered guitar tapping riffs and punchy bass lines, backed by Bin’s tightly complex drum works. The band has just released their first debut single “Waiting” under Dev Records.
